Getting CMI8738/LX Sound Card Working on Windows 10

I've been trying to set up an old sound card, the CMI8738/LX, on my Windows 10 system, but I'm running into some issues. The drivers I found don't seem to work properly, and I'm not getting any sound output. Has anyone here managed to get this sound card to work on Windows 10?
