I'm having an issue with a USB device on Windows 10. When I connect the device, it shows up in Device Manager with the identifier "USB\VID_0000&PID_0002". It doesn't seem to be recognized properly by the system, and I'm not sure how to proceed. Has anyone else encountered this problem or have any suggestions on how to resolve it? Could it be a driver issue or something else? Any help would be appreciated!
