C-Media PCI Audio Card Not Producing Sound on Windows 10

I've been trying to get my C-Media PCI audio card to work on my Windows 10 system, but I'm running into some issues. I installed the card, and Windows recognizes it, but I'm not getting any sound output.

I've tried the following troubleshooting steps:

Checked the device manager, and it shows the device is working properly.
Tried updating the drivers through Windows Update and by downloading the latest drivers from the manufacturer's website.
Made sure that the audio card is set as the default playback device in the sound settings.
Tested the speakers with another device, and they work fine.
Checked all the cables and connections to ensure everything is plugged in correctly.

Has anyone else experienced a similar issue? Are there any other steps I can take to troubleshoot and fix the problem? Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Make sure to check the audio output settings within applications, as some might be set to a different device. Also, consider uninstalling the current driver and then reinstalling it in compatibility mode for an earlier version of Windows like Windows 7 or 8, as some older hardware might have better compatibility that way. If the problem persists, trying the card in a different PCI slot might help.
