I've been experiencing an issue with my Windows 11 PC where it doesn't shut down properly. When I click on shut down, it seems to start the process but then gets stuck on the shutting down screen indefinitely. I usually end up having to hold the power button to turn it off, which I'm worried might not be good for the hardware. I've checked for any updates and everything is up to date. Has anyone else run into this problem? What troubleshooting steps can I take to resolve this? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
