I recently came across an old game that I really want to play, but it requires DirectX 8.1. I'm currently using Windows 11, and I'm not sure how compatibility works with these older versions of DirectX. Does Windows 11 support DirectX 8.1, or is there a workaround to run games that rely on it? Any suggestions on how to best set this up would be greatly appreciated!
