Razer Megalodon Headset Issues on Windows 10

Has anyone successfully used the Razer Megalodon headset with Windows 10? I've been having trouble getting it to work properly. Whenever I connect it, either the system doesn’t recognize it, or the sound quality is off, with intermittent static and audio dropouts. I’ve tried updating the drivers and even looked for some compatibility mode settings, but nothing seems to work so far. Has anyone else experienced similar issues with older peripherals on Windows 10, and are there any known workarounds or fixes to get the headset to function smoothly?
