I've been encountering a persistent issue on my Windows 10 machine related to "oobeidps". Every time I boot up, it prompts me to either skip or set up an identity provider (IDP). Even after setting it up multiple times, the prompt reappears with every restart. It's becoming quite bothersome and seems to be slowing down the startup process.
Has anyone else expereinced this? Any suggestions on how to resolve this so that it remembers the settings across reboots?
