I'm currently running an older versoin of Windows 7 (build 6.1.7600.16385), and I've noticed that it's not receiving updates anymore. Can anyone confirm if this build is still supported and suggest how I might update to a more secure version? Additionally, what are the risks of continuing to use an unsupported version of Windows, and what would be the best upgrade path to ensure continued security and compatibility with newer software?
