Optimizing Intel GMA 4500M Graphics on an Older Laptop

I'm currently using an older laptop with Intel GMA 4500M graphics and am facing difficulties in updating the drivers. The default drivers provided with Windows do not seem to support hardware acceleration, which affects video playback and performance in basic games. I tried downlaoding the latest drivers from the Intel website, but it appears that they no longer support this model.

Does anyone know where I can find compatible drivers that might help improve the performance or is there a workaround to utilize third-party software or generic drivers that could work better with this GPU? Any suggestions on optimizing the performance of this older integrated graphics card would also be greatly appreciated!
