I recently upgraded to Windows 11 and encountered the "UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME" blue screen error when booting up my PC. This issue is preventing me from accessing Windows normally, and I've tried using the automatic repair tool which hasn't resolved the problem.

I've come across this issue before. The "UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME" error usually points to a problem with the hard drive or file system corruption that can occur during an upgrade. Here's what I recommend:

Boot into Safe Mode: Restart your PC and try booting into Safe Mode by pressing F8 while it boots up. If you can access Safe Mode, it might be a driver issue.
Check Disk Utility: You can also exhaust the Command Prompt from the Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE) to run chkdsk /r c: which checks (and tries to repair) bad sectors on your hard disk.
System Restore: If those don't help, consider using System Restore from WinRE to revert your system settings back to a previous state when everything was working fine.
Reinstall Windows: As a last resort, backing up your data and doing a clean installation of Windows might be necessary if other solutions fail.
