I'm expereincing an issue on a Windows 7 machine where it seems to be repeatedly failing at the diagnostic scripting stage. Whenever I attempt to run certain diagnostics, errors occur that prevent successful completion, without providing much information about what went wrong. Has anyone else encountered this problem? If so, how were you able to resolve or troubleshoot these diagnostic failures? Any specific tools or methods that helped would be greatly appreciated!
