I'm experiencing issues with my PC where it randomly freezes during use, requiring a hard reset each time. I've noticed that this typically happens when running multiple applicatoins or during gaming sessions. Here's what I've tried so far:
- Updating all drivers and the OS.
- Monitoring CPU and GPU temperatures, which appear normal.
- Running system diagnostics that showed no hardware issues.
My PC specs include an AMD Ryzen 5 3600, NVIDIA RTX 2060, 16GB RAM, and a 1TB SSD.
Could this be a problem related to power supply or possibly a failing component? Any advice on further steps to diagnose and fix this issue would be greatly appreciated!
