Combining Two Logins Into One Account

My friend recently updated his system to Windows 11 Pro, but he's encountering a puzzling issue at startup. Every time he boots up, without performing any actions, his account name appears alongside an error message. I translated the message from Dutch, so the exact English wording might vary slightly, but it essentially states: "Username or password is incorrect..."

Has anyone experienced a similar problem or possess any insights on how to resolve this?
