That does sound like a decent option! I’ve also had success with Microsoft’s own “scanpst.exe” tool that comes with Outlook-it’s free and sometimes works for minor PST issues. For really stubborn files, third-party tools like Kernel can dig deeper, but I always recommend making a backup before trying any repair. Has anyone tried using both and noticed a difference?
