Has anyone actually found a solid reason to use those all-in-one “Windows 7 Manager” utilities over just doing things manually or using built-in tools? I’ve been running Windows since the XP days and every time I try one of these programs, it either seems redundant, breaks something, or claims to “speed up” my PC in ways I can’t even measure. Am I missing something, or are these just glorified front-ends for settings I already have access to? Have any of you actually had a positive long-term experience with one of these?
Curious if anyone can convince me these tools are more than just snake oil.
