So, here’s a wild idea: what if we actually liked looking at our desktops and wanted some eye candy back? Seriously, has anyone managed to resurrect Aero Glass on Windows 11, or are we forever doomed to the land of flat, borderline clinical window borders? I mean, how else am I supposed to show off my computer to my cat?
Tried a couple of third-party tools, but either my system acted like it discovered a virus, or the effect was so subtle I needed a microscope. What’s the current, actually-working magic trick or are we just supposed to accept that transparency now means “sorta milky gray”? Tips, tricks, or is it time to dust off the Win7 ISO?
