Honestly, even with compatibility tricks, GMA 4500MHD/3100 drivers usually don’t play nicely with Windows 10. You might get the old drivers to install, but things like sleep, video playback, and even basic stability can be hit or miss. If you just need basic browsing, you could try the Windows 7 drivers in compatibility mode-sometimes they work, sometimes not. But in my experience, it’s never close to smooth. For a slightly better experience, some folks dual-boot with Linux (lighter DE), since Intel’s drivers are better supported there for old chips.
