I installed KB5008353 on my Windows 10 machine a while back—it’s just a cumulative preview update from January 2022. Mostly, it addressed a bunch of minor bugs and improved reliability. I didn’t run into any issues personally, but since it’s a preview, it’s not strictly necessary unless you’re waiting for a specific fix. If your system is stable, you could always wait for the next Patch Tuesday when it becomes mandatory, but overall it’s safe for most users!
